How to Log Into Your Jalpi Account
For Existing Users
- To log into your Jalpi account – Open up your browser and go to jalpi.com or go directly to app.jalpi.com.
- Enter your registered email address and password, then click on the “Login” or “Sign In” button.
- You will be redirected to your Jalpi dashboard where you can manage all your customer conversations, campaigns, and automations.
For First-Time Users
If this is your first time logging into Jalpi after signing up, follow the same steps above.
Once you log in, you’ll be guided through a quick setup process to:
- Verify your WhatsApp Business number
- Set up your business profile

Forgot Your Password? Here's How to Reset It
